C’est mon quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel, et j’y reviens toujours avec plaisir. Le personnel est toujours sympathique et accueillant. En revanche, un effort supplémentaire concernant la propreté et le nettoyage de la chambre aurait été apprécié afin de maintenir le niveau de qualité attendu. Le souci n’était pas présent lors des précédents séjours.

Hotel is very nice and spacious. Stuff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is good. The restaurant has outstanding cuisine. Gym is very small as usual for the hotels. Rooms are good, well equipped and spacious.

Отель оправдал все ожидания: стильный, уютный, с безупречным сервисом и в самом центре города. Интерьер — со вкусом: сочетание классики и современного дизайна создаёт атмосферу уюта и премиального уровня. Номер оказался очень комфортным: большая кровать, отличная звукоизоляция, качественное постельное бельё, кофемашина и продуманные мелочи. Ванная комната — просторная, с хорошей косметикой и мягкими полотенцами. Уборка — на отлично.

Great location, situated in the shopping neighbourhood with a number of luxury brands and famous chocolatier and only take 15-20 minutes to the Grand Place by walk. Right next to metro station and tram station, perfect for travellers who want to wander around in the city and go to the train station. The services are great, the staff are friendly with lots of personal touch. Responsive all the times and sent what I asked for in a short while. The room is spacious and clean, but the mattress is a bit too soft to me (it’s quite personal anyways). Overall it’s a great value for money choice at this price.

Отель шикарный! В самом центре, на этой же улице все брендовые магазины! Встречает смурфик на скамейке - мы в Брюсселе! На завтраки великое разнообразие, персонал вежлив, услужлив!

This hotel located in a very centralised location, easy  access to all the public transportation, tourist attractions and also nice shopping places, all the luxury brands are within walking distance.  Hotel is clean and comfortable, staffs are friendly. The restaurant has nice food too.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel : - accueil +++ - établissement à la décoration soignée, design - chambre spacieuse, propre, bien insonorisée - petit déjeuner assez complet , produits frais et bon - restaurant : plats très bons - personnel agréable et serviable, pros - emplacement idéal pour découvrir Bruxelles et à proximité du métro pour une liaison vers la gare Nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec nos enfants cette fois-ci
